President & CEO
Sadaf Farooqui, the visionary behind the idea and establishment of Spring Hall, is a honed event strategist possessing a multifaceted experience of more than 20 years. Her field of expertise comprises a diverse range of specializations, including event and hospitality management, marketing, public relations, and education, complemented by her experience in the media and performing arts industry.
During her career, she has served in key positions in some of the most eminent organizations, including Marriott, IBM, UPS, Deloitte, and Ryan Consulting. Sadaf applies the cumulative experience gained from these organizations in managing Spring Hall to newer heights. Academically, Sadaf is an MBA in Project Management, a certified hotel management professional and an accredited event designer (IWED), which perfectly aligns with her role in managing Spring Hall. She masterfully blends her creative skills with her academic prowess to lead this establishment effectively.
Beyond business management, Sadaf is highly motivated towards cultural empowerment and has practically displayed these sentiments through her passion for arts and culture. As an accomplished poet, journalist, and stage performer, she has rendered her skills in mass media by successfully conducting her podcast "Safar" and talk shows, voicing diverse social views.
Recognizing her life achievements and endeavors to empower women's rights, "Know Women" acknowledged Sadaf Farooqui as one of the "Top 50 Women in GA, 2026". This recognition alone symbolizes the esteemed stature of Sadaf as one of the most notable entrepreneurial women leaders in the state of Georgia. Her professional acumen is reflected in the establishment and riveting growth of Spring Hall, as she continues to spearhead its success.
Chef
Chef Bladimir, or as we call him Chef Blady, began his culinary journey at Wolfgang Puck's establishment, Granita Restaurant in Malibu, in 1992. He later joined the iconic Spago Beverly Hills in 1997, directly receiving training from Chef Wolfgang and Chef Lee Hefter while prepping meals for celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Sylvester Stallone, and former President Bill Clinton.
He was promoted to Sous Chef in 2001 and took on major assignments overseeing the dinner arrangements for the Academy Awards and the Governor's Ball, which greatly boosted his skills and his portfolio. Likewise, he further built his career by working at Brasserie Vert, Loggia, and Wolfgang Puck Catering, expanding his horizons by assisting in opening the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta in 2005. He also played significant roles at other major events, such as being the Executive Chef for the Golf Masters at Club Magnolia in Augusta, Georgia.
Since joining the Spring Hall family in 2016, Chef Blady has become pivotal in the venue's success as he continues to deliver exceptional culinary creations, leveraging the learnings of his storied career.
